Well good afternoon everybody. Corey here with your 3/4 day report. We left the dock this morning with goals set on lingcod fishing in the morning. We  ran across to Santa Rosa island and found some spots that gave us good numbers on decent size lings right off the bat. The spots in the morning also kicked out some nice chucklehead rockfish at the same time.

After our morning lingcod bite slowed down we made a move down the islands in search of rockfish. The fishing was slow and we picked a few off each spot battling some stronger currents as the day went on. We decided to call it a day as fishing did not improve. However, our Lingcod fishing in the morning was fast and our anglers had a blast pulling up good size fish. For our 24 anglers we got 68 rockfish and 53 lingcod.
