I jumped on board with brother Aqua for an Easter Sunday overnighter to Santa Rosa Island for some rockfishing and snooping around for anything else. With squid scarce, the water chilly and no sings of the elusive 'you know whats', we headed out to deeper water for some of those big Santa Rosa Reds. We spent the day pulling up a nice variety of quality rockfish with a bunch of nice reds, chuckles and olives, highlighted by brother Aquas' 7 lb grouper that took JP honors for the day.
