Howdy folks we are done fishing for the day and are cruising along the beautiful Santa Barbara coastline as Rafa fillets our days catch. We had very good fishing this morning on a couple of small stones that produced nice 2.5-3 lb. reds and a few nice brown rockfish as well. One of our anglers chose not to keep any fish to take home so we pulled off the spot with what we needed and left some fish for another day... Our total for today is 88 reds, 12 misc. rockfishes, 1 sculpin, and 2 lingcod. Due to an overall lack of current today the reds were not as aggressive as we would have liked them to be so we had to employ a somewhat unusual style of angling which proved to be very effective. Much thanks to our anglers for following directions and having faith in our system, you all did a fantastic job today!
