Good afternoon folks, we are making our way back across the channel under overcast skies and flat calm ocean . We had a return Charter group out today put together by Carlos Chavez with a lively group of 29 anglers who were a fun group to have on board. We started our day trying our luck on Lingcod and were pretty successful despite challenging conditions. After a couple hours we changed gears and went looking for Rockfish. Our guys did a great job we were able to get 7-8 around on nice quality Coppers and a fair sprinkling of Reds as well. Our group ended up with 48 Reds, 142 Coppers, 33 miscellaneous Rockfish and 64 Lingcod. The next available trip on either boat will be Monday the 6th. The Coral Sea has a 3/4 Day with plenty of room and the Stardust has a 1/2 Day with plenty of room as well. Trips are filling fast so please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for guarantee your spot.
