Good afternoon folks we are making our way back from across the pond after a fun-filled day of fishing Santa Rosa island today. We fished lingcod this morning and after spending the first hour of fishing figuring things out we got on em pretty good and things stayed busy for a couple of hours. We caught some really nice lingcod his morning and then spent the afternoon fishing rockfish which also proved to be fairly productive... Our 25 anglers today caught 41 reds, 150 copper rockfish ('chuckleheads'), 17 misc. rockfishes, and 75 lingcod. Great group of passengers today which included a few regulars but mostly Coral Sea newbies which is always nice! Both boats are chartered Thursday but the Stardust has a 3/4 day trip scheduled on Friday and the Coral Sea is scheduled to run a 1/2 day trip on Friday as well so please call Sea Landing at 805-963-3564 and make your reservations today.Thank you and have a pleasant afternoon...
