Striped bass have been biting exceptionally well lately. Sandines have been productive but our newly arrived (Blood worms) have shown huge numbers of fish. Blood worms have been the ticket the last few weeks, numerous fishermen have reported limits on stripers between 1 to 8 lbs .

Bass : Good
Bluegill: Fair
Carp: Fair
Catfish: Good
Crappie: Poor
Striper: Good
Trout: Poor

Dock fishing has picked up once again, the striper and catfish have both been biting on sardines. Worms have been catching 2lbs to 3 lbs striper and sardines have been catching smaller striper but big catfish. Catfish have been on the chew lately in shallow water points and snady beach coves. Stripers have also been biting very well off of the Marina dock as well as a few 2 lb. to 4 lb. largemouth bass. Early morning, Late evening seems to be the ticket due to the excessive heat.
