Alex Castillo check in with us today with recent catches at Silverwood Lake on Sunday April 7th.

At 4:30 ish pm I landed a 7 pound Largemouth on the 8 inch Huddleston trout pattern. My boyfriend Noe landed a 7 pound Striper on his kayak around 11ish am also on the Huddleston. This bait is deadly right now we had quite a few bites but only managed to land the two. We noticed the Stripers are in the center deeper areas and the Largemouth are feeding shallower closer to shore. Both fish were taken out of the Cleghorn area
