The fishing is doing good over here. We just stoked trout today with 1000 pounds. Fisherman caught some right away!! The biggest was a 12 pounder!

All the coves have catfish and trout. Cleghorn Cove has great trout. Offshore and off the dock seem to have hits on trout, striper and catfish.

The powerbait is working best right now.

The stripers are still biting a lot right now. Mostly in the early morning and late afternoon is the best time. Anywhere in the spillway, the dam or the cove is where they hang out. The catfish are doing well also. They are biting everywhere on anything that is scented, such as anchovies. Our biggest fish right now is a 7 pound catfish caught by Josh from Anaheim. The stripers are biting on swim bait. The catfish are excellent near the channels. The trout are planted every other week and seem to be biting on power bait and night crawlers. The best place to fish right now is offshore, near the cove and off the dock as well. The wopper this week is a 9 pound striper caught by Angela from Hesperia using swimbait off the dock.
