Additional helpful information:
Fishing remains great at Mojave Narrows Regional Park. The trout bite has been steady, with many anglers pulling out their limits within the first few hours of casting. Catfish are also being caught in both Pelican and Horseshoe Lake. Popular baits being used are garlic Power Bait and garlic night crawlers.

1,000 lbs. of trout are stocked every Thursday with our next plant going into Horseshoe Lake on January 16th.

The Mojave Narrows ALL AGES fishing derby will be held on April 11, 2015 and the Trout Derby for Kids will be April 18th.

Pelican Lake has been the more popular of the lakes with many anglers catching their limits. Warmer weather has also increased the catfish bite on Pelican Lake.
