Surface Water Temp: 75.7 degrees
Fish Plants: Trout plants should start up in November.
Lake Hours: 6:45am-5:15pm
Weather: The Forecasts show temperatures in the mid 50's to low 80's.

BASS
Anglers are catching bass between 2-8 pounds! The bass are in top water early in the morning, and then move 30-35 ft down by the afternoon. Senko's, creature baits and bluegill type lures are working best. Richard Garcia of Beaumont caught an 8.25 pound bass using a swim bait. Also, Mike Southerland caught an 8.15 pound bass using a homemade fly.
STRIPER
There were a few reports of striper being caught between 3-5 pounds. Cut bait, and flies are recommended for catching striper.
CATFISH
Anglers are catching many catfish between 5-15 pounds!Stink bait, cut bait and night crawlers work best for catfish.Try fishing near the dams and inside coves. Wayne Nash of Rialto caught a 15.48 pound and 7.16 pound catfish using mackerel!
PANFISH
Anglers are catching many redear, and bluegill on night crawlers, mini jigs and mealworms. Panfish have been seen by the dams, and inside coves.
