Fish Plants: No scheduled trout plant this week.
Lake Hours: 6:15am-6:15pm
Weather: The Forecasts show temperatures in the low 40's to mid 60's with a chance of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday.
BASS
The bass bite remains consistent! Anglers are catching many bass between 3-4 pounds! The bass are in the 15-30 ft range. Drop shotting purple, pink and brown colored plastics works best for catching bass. Senko's and night crawlers are also working great!
STRIPER
Anglers are catching stripers between 5-24 pounds! The best time to fish for striper is the week of a trout stock. When shad and trout are breaking the surface, it's best to use lures that mimic them for top water boils. Danny Chiodini of Riverside caught a nice 23.6 pound striper on an Alabama rig!
CATFISH
There were no reports of catfish caught this week. Stink bait and cut bait work best for catfish.
PANFISH
There were few panfish caught this week between 1-2 pounds. Night crawlers and mealworms work best.
TROUT
Anglers are catching trout between 4-7 pounds!Powerbait, night crawlers and mini jigs work best fortrout. Sergio Diaz of Chino caught a 6.75 pound trout usingplastics of shoreline!
