Crappie is still the hot item this week around the marina. The slabs are hitting on jigs, they range from .5 lb to 1.5 lbs. Bluegill are also active. They are hitting on crickets and trout worms, in about 18' to 25' of the water column. We have also seen some people with some nice Redear. The best Bass bite is in the morning along the north shoreline. Plastics are the preferred bait for the Bass.
