The Catfish bite was good, while Trout, Bass, Panfish and Carp were slow at Yucaipa. No large fish were reported.

Trout fishing was excellent this week with many limits being caught. Average trout size was 2 to 3 lbs.and they were hitting on nightcrawlers. The last County plant will be April 19th, with 1,000 lbs. from Calaveras. Curtis Bardis from Yucaipa caught the largest fish last week.
