The weather was beautiful this week at Lake Skinner with temperatures in the high 70', low 80's. With the nice weather the Bass have been coming up to the shallows and biting on plastic worms and jigs. The average size has been around 4 lbs.

Striper catches have been fair, using chicken liver and anchovies. Trout have been hitting around launch ramp 2 and the East end area. The best bait are PowerBait, worms and trout mallow. The next stocking for trout will be on March 23, 2012.
