Glen Helen Lake received a double stocking this week. They received 1,000 lbs. from Calvaras and 1,200 lbs. from the state. On January 12, they will receive an additional 1,000 lbs. from Calaveras.

Trout action was good Catfish action was slow Largemouth Bass action was slow Bluegill/Redear action was slow Carp action was slow No other species was reported. There will be a Fishing Derby at Yucaipa Regional Park on this Saturday January 7, 2012. All lakes will be closed on Friday January 6, 2012 in order to prepare for the fishing derby.
