Some nice sized Bass were caught this week at Lake Perris, the winds made fishing tougher than usual

Due to the high winds this week there were few anglers on the shoreline. Die hards were still catching some nice sized bass on plastic worms and shad lures around sail cove and off the marina docks.

Redear are starting to slow down a bit but are still being caught on trout worms and red worms. Trout seem to be biting on gold Kastmaster and spring green PowerBait.

Trout were stocked on Wednesday at sail cove. Reports from anglers that the gold kastmaster and floating bait are bringing some nice sized rainbows. As the Redear and Largemouth Bass continue to hit quite well off redworms and Rapalas in the vicinity of the Marina docks. Trout have started bringing in reports from the Marina docks with the use of nightcrawlers and dark colored lures. Crappie are hitting off red and white crappie stingers.
