Weather: Forecasts show sunny skies with temperatures in the high 60's and low 70's this week. There have been moderate to strong winds in the afternoon.

BASS
Bass fishing has slowed down. There are limits of small fish reported. The swim bait bite is tough right now. The bigger fish are being caught at 40-50 feet. Dropshotting colored plastic worms such as, morning dawn, margarita mutilator, and oxblood, have still had some luck for those working hard. Cold weather is helping the algae bloom drop to the bottom.

STRIPER
The cut bait bite is slowing down however; sardines and anchovies are the best bet. Throw a trout pattern swimbait after the trout plants to catch a big one. Keene Tolman of Hemet caught his first striper, weighing 4 lbs, on an anchovy.

CATFISH
Anchovies, shrimp, chicken liver, and night crawlers have all been working well. The third cove of shoreline and by the attenuator has been the best spots to catch a catfish.

PANFISH
Panfish went back down when the cold weather came. Since we have had warmer weather there has been a few catches.

TROUT
Trout are biting on powerbait and mini jigs. The next trout plant is scheduled for the week of Dec.5th.
