Many Anglers are taking limits of Trout at Hemet Lake

How are they getting those limits? Trolling. They are using leadcore to 35 to 37 ft. between the point, the Dam, the Spillway and back -- the "Triangle".

The Lake temperature on the surface is 74 degrees. The skies are clear and mild with a light afternoon lake breeze.

Trout action is very good, they are located at about 32 to 35 feet of water between the Point, the spillway and the Dam. Most Anglers are getting their limits within 7 hours. "The Triangle" is the spot to fish, that would be from the Point to the spillway of the dam and back to the Point again. The best depth is 30 to 35 feet. The best baits are spoons or spinner baits. The days are beautiful with a late afternoon breeze....... Read More
