Flows remain high on the South Fork but folks are really doing well in the slower moving pools and deep pockets. More solid 2lb+ rainbows along with plenty of pan sized stockers are filling stringers.
Crowds are uncharacteristically light for this late in June so the anglers that are here are having no trouble finding a sweet spot on the creek. Nightcrawlers, mini-jigs, Panther Martins and Thomas Bouyants are producing best. Adopt-a-Creek stocked another dose of trophies last week and the result was more heavy fish weighed in at the resort. This program is underfunded this season so we encourage fans of the Bishop Creek Drainage to chip in and support them. Donations can be submitted online at Adopt a Creek
