Pete Wynn of Hemet limited out on 2.5 lb trout. He was trolling off the south shore using nightcrawlers. The day was sunny with some overcast in the afternoon. Light wind with fog in the morning.

Clayton Moore of San Jacinto caught 3 1lb. trout by the dam. He was using rainbow Powerbait. The weather was sunny with a light breeze.

On March 18 Daniel & Tristian Priest were fishing from a rental boat. They fished in various spots on the lake and both limited out on trout. They were using a Rapala lure.

Mark Hopper and Jerry Benson of Idyllwild both caught 2 fish each. They were shoreline fishing on the peninsula and used powerbait. Date 3-10-2011 John Pyle of Riverside was fishing by the dam using rainbow bait and he limited out on trout that average 1/2 lb. each. The lake level continues to rise as the winter brings us more rain and snow. We are not lacking in fish, only in fishermen ready to brave the elements. Nhat Tran, Los Angeles resident, was fishing down by the dam using nightcrawlers on the last sunny day we had, and limited out on trout. Lake level was 132'.
