We had 14 extreemly happy anglers today. Our 6am 3/4 day trip aboard the Island Spirit had almost perfect weather and great fishing! Captain John Ewart called in an early report to the landing at 9am "slow start but signs are good". A bit later he reported back saying "as the day progressed so did the fishing". The days highlight was a cloud of quality yellowtail rockfish coming under the boat, stopping jigs and rigs as they were dropped. "Good Times" Final Count: 14 anglers, 132 Rockfish and 4 Rock Sole.
