Largemouth Bass fishing at Lake Perris has continued to be promising at Lots 11 and 12, and the Marina Docks using Rapalas (dark colors) and larger Crank Baits. Trouts continue to hit as well at Lots 11 and 12, the Launch Ramp Cove and the Marina Docks with Garlic Nightcrawlers and Gold Kastmasters. Bluegill have been reported to be hitting between 40 - 60 feet of water; Redears continue to hit moderately off of Marina Docks with Red Worms.

Rate the action based over the past week:
Bass ==> Excellent ==> Average size: 3 - 4 lbs.
Bluegill ==> Poor
Carp ==> Poor
Catfish ==> Poor
Crappie ==> Poor
Striper ==> Poor
Trout ==> Good ==> Average size: 2 lbs.
Redear ==> Fair ==> Average size: 3/4 lbs.

The past week at Lake Perris has been slow yet productive. Giving the limited time to push from 6am to 8pm. The Marina Docks have been producing a steady flow of redear, one weighing in at 1.7 lbs. Just as last week, the Trout and Largemouth Bass continue to hit exceptionally well at the East End of the lake. Garlic Nightcrawlers have been excessively reported to be working for both species from the Marina Cove all the way through Lots 11 and 12.
