Ventura County has just lost a beloved member of its fishing industry. Owner/Operator Allen Paul Welle of Fisherman's Tackle Shop in the City of Ventura died this evening loosing his bout with cancer. The staff of Channel Islands Sportfishing would like to send its most heartfelt condolences to his wife and two son's. He will be missed. R.I.P Allen
