As the water temperature drops significantly, the Bluegill action gives way to the redear which are mostly hitting redworms. The Marina Docks, Sail Cove and the Island have been the most reported spots for redear to be hitting. Largemouth Bass still doing quite well. The Marina shoreline and lots 11 and 12 have been the most promising locations using Rapalas, Aarons Magic and Crank baits. Water temperature is 62 F.

The best action from Lake Perris still remains with the Largemouth, Bluegill, Redear and Crappie. The Crappie seem to be giving anglers a tougher time than all others but the Marina Docks have been the best luck so far as well as Redear, using redworms, off of the docks and the Bluegill with Crickets and Wax Worm Rapalas and Rattle Traps catching Largemouth at the Dam and Marina.
