Today's showers and clouds made for good fishing weather at the lake. Shore fishing best late afternoon. Boat fishing all day is good fishing. Alex Mendrin, a Los Angeles resident, used green powerbait and floating eggs and caught 7 trout, about 1 lb. Jeff Kall of Corona, was trolling the lake, but didn't want to brag about the 3 trout he took home or what kind of bait he used.
