The Bass fishing continues to flourish over the past week. Our most promising results have been at Lots 11 & 12 and Bernasconi Beach with nightcrawlers or purple roboworms. There have finally been some crappie caught in the Marina with Jigs (Red, White and Yellow). Although, our redear sizes have not improved much from half of a pound to one pound.

The following are the fish ratings:
Bass: Good with an average size of 4 lbs.
Bluegill: Poor
Carp: Poor
Catfish: Poor
Crappie: Poor
Redear: Good with an average size of .5-1 lb.
Trout: Fair with an average size of 1-2 lbs.

The redear, bluegill and crappie seem to be concentrating in the Marina off of redworms and red, yellow, white jigs with the exception of a group of redear caught around the Northside of Island.
