Crappie have been the best bet at BV with several report of limits. Electronics were helpful for locating crappie schools. After locating schools Get Bent Minijigs and swimbaits did the trick. Crappie also ate small live minnows. Trout anglers picked away at the remaining rainbows with dough baits, minijigs, spoons, and tube baits. Largemouth fell for drop shot, Senkos, and deep diving crankbaits, and catfish picked up chicken liver, cut baits, and dip bait. A seven pound whisker fish was reported by one very happy angler.
