Checking in from a open party 1.5 Day White Seabass and Halibut special. We had to work hard and fished multiple islands but we had a fantastic trip. No condition during the daytime but we had fantastic halibut fishing with 26 legal halibut up to 27 pounds. Lots of casualties and lots of shorts as well as plenty of Bass,Bonito and Sheepshead and one Short Seabass. Then we made a move and went for the Hail Mary and found a school of Seabass in the dark for full White Seabass limits for passengers and crew. The fish were 20 to 35 pounds. They were eating the heavy string, and we left them biting. We are sold out for the weekend, but we have three open party Seabass and Halibut specials next week with room available. All of these trips need a few more people to make them a forsure go, and they will all be targeting Seabass and Halibut exclusively. The weather looks phenomenal so let’s keep this ball rolling!!! These trips will all have LIVE SQUID on board as well.
