UPDATE!!

We are continuing with our cleanup efforts and the debris and sediment in the water has really begun to settle out. This is great news. The lake is now up over 50 vertical feet. With help from the County of Ventura, we are working on clearing roadways for safe travel. The first step is to restore safe access to the lake along Piru Canyon road and the second step is to get our domestic drinking water system back on line. Once these things occur, camping will resume. It will still be some time before boating resumes due to the debris on the reservoir but we are working on it.
