Carp Tournament off to a great start! 100 prize for largest catch of the week 2 went to Salvador Toscano who caught a 6.40 oz Carp. Largest weigh-in for a family- 41 lbs.
First 2 days of tournament brought in 300 lbs.

July 01, 2009: Audrey and Sophie Carver, 2 young sisters from Idyllwild caught 10 trout trolling wit needlefish down by the dam. Audrey pulled in a 3lb. trout and Sophie landed 2-2 lbs.

July 03, 2009: Chris Carver, Idyllwild resident, was trolling with lures by the dam. He caught 13 trout, released 8 and kept 5 great ones. Biggest 16\".

July 05, 2009: Gage Phillips, 14, from Bermuda Danes, was shore fishing by the Marina with night crawlers when he reeled in a really good size size bass.

Victor Sandoval and Chris Konord of Catherdral City, were fishing by the dam with night crawlers with Powerbait dip. They reeled in 7 ggod size trout.

Gilbert Rueff, Apple Valley, caught 4 trout and 12 bluegill using night crawlers.
