With the recent snow and rain the Trout bite has been doing good. Water running ends both Cleghorn and Millers Canyon has increased the trout activity. Striper are still doing descent in Millers Cove and down this channel. Chamise bay has shown to be a good bet full stripers and the some Largemouth Bass.

Bluegill: Poor
Carp: Fair
Catfish: Fair
Crappie: Poor
Striper: Good
Trout: Good

Cold weathercold wind and rain and a Trout plant made this weekend good and best. Trout action was good yet relatively small. Millers Canyon and Millers Creek produced some yard size trout. A few along the beach and the Marina, Striper fishing was slow due to hight winds on the lake. This weekend the warmer temperature brought the people out but not the trout bite a little slow although some trout were being caught in Millers Canyon and Ski Beach areas. The deeper inch colder water. Striper activity was moderate as well, Chamise Bay, outlease Cove and a little action in Millers.
