Largemouth Bass: Medium Action: This week has been relatively slow although anglers can usually manage a few bites on simple baits and rigs such as a drop shot worm, Texas rigged worm or a senko. One private boater reported a solid crankbait bite happening in the east end on a very slow retrieve.

Striper: Low Action: Your best bet for striper fishing currently would be doing the bait and wait. Try chicken liver or better yet fresh anchovies near the dam or inlet.

Trout: Medium Action: The last trout stock was on Friday the 24th at Ramp 2. Reported success came on the day of the stock but not much has been reported through the weekend.

Blue Gill: High Action: Gills have been the most common catch this week with a few anglers reporting 10+ fish days. Use a mealworm and light line and wait for the strike on the fall.

Carp: No Action to be reported.
