Laguna Niguel Lake will be offering youth priced "Day Permits" for everyone! We know how precious family time and personal time is right now. Anglers need a place to go to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. To help with economic crisis we are in, Laguna Niguel Lake will also be offering the following specials.

Bass fishing has been good showing in the 1-2 lb range. Biggest bass caught this week was 4.5 lbs. The best way to fish for the bass right now is to texas rig or drop-shot dark colored 4.5 size plastics. Crank baits, spinners, and top water has been good in the early morning & late afternoon. Catfish have been showing up at the point & creek inlet. The largest cat this week was 7.5 lbs. Shrimp and mackerel have been the best bait for cats. Crappie and blue gill have been fair. The best baits to use have been a ?? night crawler and white blue jigs.
