NOW HERE'S THE BIG NEWS-----------The summer season is winding down but we will be stocking catfish every Tuesday during the day, in full view of all the fishermen.
We are in the process of cleaning Santa Ana River Lake and the Water District will be taking the water down to clean the sides of the Lake. We will remain open and fishing will be allowed. Remember the water will be low requiring you to walk down to the water level. This condition should be in effect for about 30 days. The good news is the fish will be concentrated and should make for excellent fishing.
Huckleberry Kids Fish Pond will be open during the cleaning process.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no 24 hour fishing during the cleaning of Santa Ana River Lakes. No private boats will be allowed due to low water conditions and no launch ramp available.
CORONA LAKE IS OPEN---------and regular fishing and full water conditions remain. Stocking of catfish will occur every Tuesday during the day. 24 hour fishing will be available on Friday and Saturday nights at Corona Lake.
We are watching water temperatures and as soon as the conditions are OK, we will open for our annual Trout Season. Stay tuned for our official Trout Grand Opening. As it looks right now we are a couple weeks away, probably some time near October 16th to October 30th. DON'T MISS IT-------------------BE THERE!!!
