Happy Thanksgiving! We will be open for Thanksgiving from 6am to 2pm and will resume normal business hours the flowing day! The water temperature is 68-69 degrees. Striper: High-Medium Action, they are still boiling in the early hours with a few being spotted sporadically throughout the day in the areas over by dam and middle of the lake. Try all topwater techniques as well as jerkbaits. Blue Gill: Medium Action: Hitting on Nightcrawlers and jigs. Catfish: Medium Action: Use chicken liver and mackerel in deeper water throughout the lake. Large Mouth: Medium Action: Largemouth over around Ramp 1, North Shore, and along the reeds and tullies. Try catching them on purple and green robo worms, shad colored jerkbaits and rapalas, and night crawlers. Trout: Slow Action: Trout will be planted again on November 21; 2018, 600 pounds. Carp: No Action. Stop by the camp store or marina and share your fishing stories with us and get a picture taken so we can post it on FB.
