Major news this week, the lake was blue stoned on Wed. the 30th. with the weeds due to die off by about a week, look forward to the striper bite picking up as the small fry loose their weed cover. Catfish still hitting the best wit cats up to 10 lbs being caught near the inlet off of chicken liver smaller stocker cats coming in near ramp # 2 off of mackerel. Some striper in early morning and a few bass off deep points in East End and along South Shore. For information pleas contact the Marina at (951) 926-1505

Lake SkinnerBig cats are the big story here at Skinner this week, with several cats over 10 pounds being reported. The big cats are hitting chicken liver and are coming in near the dam and inlet. Stocker cats are biting from shore deep off of points near ramp #2 and are hitting cut mackerel, good striper action in the morning near inlet and marina off of anchovies.
