We had the Island Spirit out today at Santa Cruz, fishing shallow with squid. The yellows never showed, but a few nice halibut were landed. 32 Anglers, 5 Calico Bass, 2 California Halibut, 2 California Sheephead, 12 Barracuda, 240 Ocean Whitefish, 2 Rock Sole. The weather is nice right now and it's the perfect time to get on board a boat and enjoy a day of fishing fun! The 5AM Island Spirit is targeting game fish every Tuesday, including white seabass, yellowtail and halibut.
