Weather conditions: Hot days (approx. 85-95˚) and cool nights (approx. 60-70˚). We’ve had many clear sunny days, along with some windy days.

Water Temperature: 68˚, Water Level: 100% normal, Clarity: Clear to about 4 feet from shore.

Last stock (1,000 pounds) Catfish: Thursday, 5/31/18

Next stock (1,000 pounds) Catfish: Thursday, 6/7/18

Hatchery: Superior Catfish Inc, Arvin, CA (Catfish)

Average size: Most 1.5 - 2 pounds. Several caught were in the 5 – 8 range.

Top Spots of the Week: The finger and Sandy Point

CATCHES OF THE WEEK:

Francisco Aquino, from Lake Arrowhead, caught a 5 lb and a 7.5 lb catfish on shrimp at Sandy Point.

Isidoro Salgado, from Hesperia, caught a nice 5 fish limit on a combo of Mackerel and the M&M combo on the Finger.

Mark Legarreta, from Hesperia, caught a 4.1 lb catfish on shrimp on the North Shore

Kenny Kilgore, from Fontana, caught a 6.4 lb catfish on shrimp on the North Shore.
