The more consistent mild temperatures have brought on the infamous striper rails. Best action is early morning and late afternoon. Excellent largemouth bass action in the reeds and the bluegill aroung at 10 to 20 feet depths.

Rate the action based over the past week:

Bass: Excellent Avg. Size: 3lbs.
Bluegill: Good Avg. Size: 1lb.
Carp: Good Avg. Size:5 lbs.
Catfish: Excellent Avg. Size: 2 lbs.
Crappie: Fair Avg. Size:1 lb.
Striper: Excellent Avg. Size: 3 lbs.
Trout: Good Avg. Size: 2 lbs.

Excellent large mouth bass action around the shore line. Most reports on inflated night crawlers and plastics. WEEK ENDING: 4/20/08 WATER TEMPERATURE: 63 PLANT DATE: SPECIES RECEIVED: TOTAL POUNDS: The Largemouth Bass are prolific off the beds.
