Balloon and Wine Festival this weekend June 2nd thru June 4th 2017!

The water temperature is 68-70 degrees. Striper: Med. Action: Deep out by the inlet in the middle of the lake. Hitting on chicken livers, anchovies, and racy flicker shad which we carry at the store. Blue Gill: Slow Action: Red worms, wax worms, night crawlers and plastic worms in coves and reeds. Also around Launch Ramp 2. Catfish: High Action- The cats can be seen all around Launch Ramp 2 and the South shore. They are biting on silver Senko worms, chicken livers, and night crawlers. We are receiving regular stocks. Large Mouth: Medium Action: Roboworms have been doing the trick in green, purple, and watermelon. Plastics with red flakes are working also. The east end is hitting, as well as the coves on the South shore. Start looking deeper for them as temperatures are increasing. Trout: No Action. Carp: Medium Action-Many seen near catfish alley and along the south shore. Use your favorite carp dough balls, along the banks or under heavy cover.

The water temperature is between 64-65 degrees. Water flow is going pretty good, almost at full capacity. Remember Solar Cup is May 19-21st. Stocking of Catfish began on May 12th, 2017!
