The water temperature is 52 degrees, water level is up!! Fish seem to be going deep throughout the lake! Best hot spots to hit are mostly being caught in the middle of the lake, over by the buoy line, and near the Inlet. Launch Ramp 2 has also been a hot spot! Next Trout plant is March 8” 2017.

Striper: Anglers have been very successful this past week catching these beauties over at Launch ramp 2, where they stock Trout. Various types of bait have been used cut mackerels, shad, swimbaits, spooks, jigs, and chicken livers...

Large Mouth: Medium action for Large Mouth! Large Mouth have mostly been caught in the middle of the lake also near Launch Ramp 2 over by the East End.. Many Anglers have been using various types of bait purple and green robo worm, swim baits, wax worms and night crawlers have been working extremely well.

moor: Medium to high action for Trout. Last Trout plant was February 22a, 2017. Next Stock of Trout will be on March 8th, 2017, 600lbs! Launch Ramp 2 has been the spot producing decent sizes. Trout are hitting on power baits, tube jigs, and power worms.

Blue Gill: Slow action the past few weeks on the Blue Gills but there are some Anglers catching Blue Gills over near Launch Ramp 2 on meal worms, crappie jigs and night craw ers. Blue Gills have also been seen off the points by shaven rock.

Catfish: Slow action on Catfish. Catfish have been mostly seen around the buoy line.. Chicken livers, garlic shrimp, and anchovies have been working best!

Carp: No action reported!
