Mike sent in photos of first timer Vic and Cindy on the Lower Owens the other day. Here's Vic with a nice lower owens specimen.

Flows are back down slightly. It's been pretty cold up in Mammoth early mornings, so this might be a better spot to hide until things warm back up a bit.

Don't bother getting here too early, or staying much past noon though. Pretty short window. Midges early, then the trico spinner fall starts around 8:30 and lasts til almost 10:30. After that, the PMD's start popping and the fishing picks back up again. After noon though it drops off significantly.
