Captain Tino Valentine called in with an audio report from aboard the Freedom out of San Pedro, CA. Today we had 22 anglers on our overnight trip catch 18 Yellowtail (up to 20 pounds), 9 Whitefish, 8 Sheephead, 57 Rockfish, 5 Red Snapper, 62 Calico Bass and 110 Bonito (up to 8 pounds).

Freedom Trip Wrap Up

Capt Tino checked in from the Freedom as they are headed for the dock to report that they had a really good day, we ended the day with 41 Yellowtail most in the 20 - 30 lb class. We also had 55 Bonito, 37 Sheephead with the majority going 8-12 lbs, 177 misc. Rockfish, 2 Cabezon, 4 Lingcod and 24 Whitefish.
