BASS
Anglers are cactching bass between 1-4 pounds. Senkos and creature baits are working best. The bigger bass are within 30-45 feet. With the water level rising, there are a lot of shrubs and weeds submerging making great habitat.
STRIPER
The striper bite has slowed down. With the few reports that have come in, top water lures seems to be working the best
CATFISH
The catfish bite remains consistent! Anglers are catching catifsh on shrimp, chicken liver and stink bait. The best spot to fish for catfish are near the dams.
PANFISH
Anglers are catching panfish between 1-2 pounds! Mealworms, night crawlers and jigs are recommended for catching panfish. Anglers are catching panfish near the shorelines and near the stairs on the dams.
TROUT
There were no reports of trout being caught this week. Miini jigs, powerbait, and nightcrawlers are recommended for trout fishing.
