The Annual Blake Jones Trout Tournament in Bishop, CA has come and gone. The fishing this year was very good. There were many fish caught stocker size this year. We got a first hand report from angler Gabriel Lerma. Gabriel said, ”This was my first time fishing the Blake Jones Tournament. And it was only my second time fishing Pleasant Valley Reservoir. I caught this 5.5lb on Smoking Jigz and ended up tied for 3rd. A lot of stocker size fish caught during the tournment.”

Top Three Trout at Blake Jones Tournament:
1st Place weighed in at 6.5 pounds
2nd Place weighed in at 6 pounds
3rd Place had two fish weighed in at 5.5 pounds
