Surface Water Temp: 57.3 degrees
Fish Plants: Our last trout stock was December 23rd.
Lake Hours: Wednesday- Sunday 6:15AM- 4:30PM.
Weather: The forecasts show temperatures in the low 30's to low 60's
BASS
Anglers are still catching bass near rocky areas along the shorelines and near the dams. Swimbaits and plastics are working best.
STRIPER
The best areas to fish for striper are also near the dams, and rock structures. Swimbaits are recommended for catching striper.
CATFISH
There were no reports of catfish caught this week. Anchovies and chicken liver work best for catfish.
PANFISH
There were no reports of panfish this week. Mealworms, night crawlers and jigs are recommended for catching panfish.
TROUT-
The trout bite picked up this week! Nightcrawlers, rooster tails, kastmasters and power bait work best for trout. The best time to fish for trout is after a stock.
