Report: The first fishing trip for the 2018 season is in the books! There was one boat out today on a full day “Bass Special” fishing the islands. Reportedly, there was little to no current, but they had excellent bait. Trying several spots, it took a while to find one that wanted to bite but in the end, they put together a decent count considering it’s the first trip. Tomorrow and Sunday there will be more lines in the water, so stay tuned!

Fish Count: 1 Boats and 16 Anglers

12 Calico Bass, 41 Perch, and 1 Yellowtail
